Spring is in the air, officially arriving March 20th - just 3 weeks away - can you feel it? I definitely can! I will be so happy to shake off this cold and these blah feelings. Sometimes when it's cold and gloomy we tend to eat more and forgo exercise but now is a good time to renew your "healthy" commitment to yourself and climb out of that "winter rut"!
A great spring cleaning can include reorganizing your closet, your pantry and your finances. As far as finances go, sometimes just being able to tuck away $10 each week can empower you to do something important for yourself. Maybe booking a rejuvenating spa appointment or a personal training session to start your exercise motivation. Or maybe purchasing something pretty and ruffly? Whatever your inspiration is, do something for yourself because You are The Most Important Person!
