We're 8 days away from two of the biggest events of the year, the Fitness Universe in Miami, and NPC Jr. Nationals in Chicago! PBO girls will be representing at both shows! If you are competing or attending either, please make sure to cheer super loud for our superstars!
Remember, if you are a competitor, make sure to check back in with your coach as soon as you return home from the show. We want you to be successful on and off that stage, and that means a healthy lifestyle year round!
