Spring is in the air, officially arriving March 20th - just 3 weeks away - can you feel it? I definitely can! I will be so happy to shake off this cold and these blah feelings. Sometimes when it's cold and gloomy we tend to eat more and forgo exercise but now is a good time to renew your "healthy" commitment to yourself and climb out of that "winter rut"!
A great spring cleaning can include reorganizing your closet, your pantry and your finances. As far as finances go, sometimes just being able to tuck away $10 each week can empower you to do something important for yourself. Maybe booking a rejuvenating spa appointment or a personal training session to start your exercise motivation. Or maybe purchasing something pretty and ruffly? Whatever your inspiration is, do something for yourself because You are The Most Important Person!

SPRING 2011 NY DIVA’S Workshop consists of….
The first hour of the DIVA session we will be focus on our Power Hour Workout; All Functional, Pylometrics, Core Chiseling, Strength, Signature CSF Cardio Cranks, Tushy Patrol, and Full Body Conditioning using your own body weight. All members, at every level, are welcome. Join us this first hour to kick off the weekend and start to focus on the one person who needs to be taken care of.... "YOU!” Each week we will change the workout and focus on the areas where women need it the most!
The second hour of the Diva session - This is where our Workshop gets Diva-lishous. We ALL have that inner Sass and I'm here to master your "Diva Sass!" I will breakdown each step you need to take, starting at the foundation, your walking, posing, and stage presence. Each class will be a stepping stone. You'll get Homework week to week; with drills and technique. We cannot Create the Sassiness without the basics - AKA- we can't build a house without the foundation. We will go over all the necessities so you will BE a pro on stage – ladies, this takes time and we have the time to practice. I will go over tanning, makeup, theme sportswear ideas, suits, shows, and all questions that you have regarding our sport. Come and join our SISTERHOOD of DIVAS and CSF - let's reunite for a strong season ahead! SO, what are you waiting for? Let's begin your journey!
